[ale] md5sum weirdness on firefox

I don't use CentOS but being a RedHat derived OS I'm pretty sure it can
use yum.   However the fact it has yum doesn't prevent people from using
rpm if they prefer.

Does CentOS not make use of this utility to resolve its dependencies
from the core distribution, then?
