	If it's a Westell 6100 like what I have it's as simple as going to
http://www.fastaccess.drivers.bellsouth.net/#westell first and making
sure I had the latest firmware version for best reliability. From that
link you can also grab the Westell User Guide in which section 8.2
describes how to change from PPPoE to Bridged mode. Ironically I can
also state that BS/ATT tech support can even help you walk through
moving the box into bridged mode. I had a TS rep giving me directions
who I merely thanked and stop'd him from continuing as I'd already
completed them.

	Then it's a matter of going to your Linksys/D-Link/Netgear box and
configure it for PPPoE for the WAN connection using your BS/ATT login
credentials. For me I've go a Linksys WRTSL54GS running OpenWRT so it's
terribly simple to perform over an SSH connection.

	Prior to throwing the Westell into bridged mode I had to power cycle it
regularly to reset the connection as it would go stale and we'd lose
connectivity. After moving to bridged mode I've had only one problem and
it was an outage affecting our area.
