Trying to build a new box, with ASUS mobo.  Have discovered
that the mobo provides for TV out through the on-board Nvidia
chipset.
But the BIOS needs to know the configuration option for TV mode
support:

NTSC-M
NTSC-J
PAL-M
PAL-BDGHI
PAL-N
PAL-NC

I think I want one of the NTSC options; but which one?
Anyone have a clue?
