[ale] Debian HPPA Installation

MicroCenter has a dual-ended serial x-over cable for around $20. Both
ends have db9 and db25. They also carry gender-changers. That's how I
ran an HP <mumbles model # due to brain cell deletion> until I gave it
away (it was a better space heater than a computer).
