[ale] POP3 server recommendations

	Dovecot appears to be a fairly common default POP3/IMAP server and has
held up nicely on the systems I've ran it on. For large numbers of mail
users I've used Cyrus in the past but looking at Dovecot I think it has
some ability to scale as well.
