Dig on the Dell site for drivers for RH AS4. You might be able to find a
source file. Otherwise, jumping up to FC6 is going to be a tough one.
The kernel changes between FC6 and RHAS4 are quite large (2.6.9 vs.
2.6.18 - udev for starters). I would recommend doing a test boot/install
with Centos 4.3.
