[ale] OT does anyone know why this spam gets thru to ale users [Fwd: I have pictures]

I was wondering if anyone knows why this sort of
spam gets thru to our ale mailbox. 

Is there some way to check each incoming email
against a current Ale users list and reject this
type of mail.
