Actually he did make mention of both issues.  He claims he's keeping the
printers, has two in the box at his home.  He noted it bothered him a
bit (although obviously not enough).  He also noted that this particular
printer comes with full cartridges and that most printers don't and
therefore you have to do the math to find out which is the best deal.
