[ale] Comcast speeds

Arg - I worded that wrong... but the gist of what I meant is the same.
People (including me) tend to forget to multiple by 8 when looking at
throughput numbers.

It depends on if your display is showing you kB or Kb - kiloBytes or
Kilobits - i.e. mrtg is using kB (kiloBytes) so to convert to Mb/s you
have to multiple first by 8 to get Kb (Kilobits) then divide that by
1024 to get Mb/s.

i.e. for me at home on long multiday downloads via comcast - mrtg
clocked my pipe at :
650kBytes/s * 8bits/Byte = 5200Kbits/s
5200Kbits/s / 1024Kbits/Mb = 5.07 Mb/s
