[ale] cups printer admin

Grr. I've got the user added. It's just the cupsd.conf is so poorly
documented I can't figure out how to make intelligent modifications.

This is an example of how a "teaser" product released as GPL is a bad
thing. EasyPrint clearly has written this to get people to buy their
"real" print server.

I may have to dust off some ancient lp/lpr stuff or fork out some cash
to buy something that actually works.

Sometimes the source code is a poor substitute for a decent set of docs.
