[ale] "easiest" way to clone setup from one machine to another across a network

2nd method.

1.  Install everything on machine #1.
2.  Install drive of second machine in #1.
3.  dd if=/dev/hda of=/dev/hdb
4.  Wait a long time for the dd to complete.
