[ale] [Debian2.4.x] modprobe can't locate module de620, huh ?

When I;

    modprobe de620.o io=-0x378 irq=7

I get the err msg:

    "can't locate module"

I've run this machine off'n'on for years and all of a sudden I now can't
load this NIC driver.

What's the simplest way to get 'er goin' again.
