[ale] cable modem from SB4100 to SB5120 :: worthy upgrade ?

I am on comcast using a Motorola SB4100. Anyone knows if I can have better
QoS and whatnot with the newer SB5120? I have some 3rd-party VoIP service in
the house. It feels like that either the phone or the data flow was
sometimes competiting for bandwidth. The home LAN of a few windows/Linux
boxens is behind a netgear router.
