Yeah, except for the rather nasty license it uses... it's a traditional
EULA in that it is quite restrictive.  I think that the "Upgrades"
section of the agreement is particularly whacked:

"If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of
the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis.  You
agree by your installation and use of such copy of the Software to
voluntarily terminate your earlier EULA, to make this EULA effective."

Stupid commercial software producing entities...
