[ale] md0 tasks taking 60-80% of CPU

How slow is this machine? I've loaded up PIV's with SATA drives using a
tarball on md0 and the resync usually takes about 1 hour.
My drives are 200GB and almost all is used for the raid.
What concerns me is that yours is taking sooooooooo long to rebuild.
