[ale] Meaning of smartd messages

It's time to think about ordering a new hard drive. The prefailure
attribute thing is telling you that the seek time is changing and is
exceeding the threshold of normal behavior. This would indicate that
something is going wrong with the drive, so it spits these messages out to
let you know that it thinks it is on the verge of failing.
