[ale] ANNOUNCING: ALE NW meetings begin anew next month

We can do 7:30, but it has to be unanimous so I can escort the  
majority of you folks all at once.  If people's schedule is such that  
we'll have a more successful meeting by starting half an hour later,  
I'm game for that.

Obviously, the presenter and/or moderator folks might need in  
earlier, and we can cross that bridge with security when we come to it.

I'm looking forward to having you folks over.
