Thursdays work for me as long as the time is OK.  But you fail to say
what time the meetings will start!

If you have a start time after 7 pm, I would be willing to assist in
moderation and would also be willing to present.  It's been a few years
since I did the SSH talk, and I could even do a better job this time!
