This line brings back memories:

One of my clients used to rent space at a place downtown. Good
security, on the hospital grid, etc.
It was all pretty good until the day one of their techs got a
disconnect order for a non-paying customer. Not sure if the order was
wrong or the tech could not read, but he went to my clients rack and
started pull cables/cords. When he was done no power, ethernet, etc.
was connected to the rack.
Unfortunately the failover cluster with shared storage did not survive
the harsh treatment. I spent over 12-hours restoring the whole thing
from tape to get my client operational again.
Anyway, I used to assume service is good most anywhere.
