Looks like both.  I just go it.

So I'm looking for 6U rack space.  I'll furnish the hardware.  
Recommendations?  No specific bandwidth requirement.  I see lots of 
places in Atlanta.  Who's got the best deal?  I assume service is good 
most anywhere.
