[ale] load issue (update 2)

it basically can't spawn a new process (bash or your shell of choice)
after authentication.
It could be exhaustion of PID, mem, or fd, or too bus a cpu... again,
'ltrace sshd' or alike will be able to tell which system call it was
pending
