The outage went from 7 AM until about 10:30-ish, at least here.  :-/  It 
_would_ do that on the morning that I am up that early to use it...  It 
wasn't just the Internet this time, though, it was _everything_.  No 
digital cable signal, no block sync, and no analog cable TV, either.
