[ale] Mac switcher ... to Ubuntu

I installed Ubuntu in Parallels on my Macintel Mini.  It works great, 
and it's nice having all my OSes on 1 machine.  Parallels is even better 
with Virtue Desktops.

Parallels blows VMware out of the water when it comes to performance.  
It's like running a native install, rather than a virtual one.
