If you want an all-in-one, then I'd give Thunderbird a try. It does,
RSS, email, Newsgroups, and such stuff all in one package. It is pretty
friendly to work with, too.

Itmay not be perfectl, and there are other packages out there that you
need to look at, but it is a workable and quite usable package.
