[ale] [OT] bomb hoax

Interesting about waits - I recently drove up through Maine into New
Brunswick over to Nova Scotia. There is a high speed ferry that goes
between Yarmouth NS and Bar Harbor ME. Their literature talks about how
much time it saves. What they don't mention is that you have to arrive
2 hours before the trip leaves, the trip is 3 hours and the wait on the
US side to get through customs can be up to 2 hours. Perhaps it does
save time if you're already in Bar Harbor or Yarmouth but if you happen
to be in Halifax and drive down to Yarmouth it saves you bupkiss.

Ah well it was a nice drive anyway - first time I've ever seen an entire
forest of Christmas trees. There was a sign there saying Christmas tree
capital of the world and I believe it.

Why you asking KB? Got plans? :P

I would hate to have a job that requires alot of distant traveling these
days.... Not because of the terrorists, but because of the wait.
