We use TelX's facility at 56 Marietta. You can get bandwidth from
numerous top-tier providers (Global Crossing, Internap, Host.NET, Level
3, etc.). They also have the Atlanta Internet Exchange (free
bandwidth!). All secured by RFID card, 99.99% SLA, nice and chilly,
combination locked racks, etc. I enjoy going there...the cool and hum
of the servers is quite nice. ;)
www.telx.com (crappy flash site, though).

The staff and facilities should be professional -- I don't want to look low-budget if a client wants a tour, or if I need to set up a VPN to a customer site.
