[ale] 3151 terminal emulation?

the neoware thinclient systems that run Linux support a 3151 terminal
emulation (according to the latest docs on the nearly latest os
version).

It would cost more than the $150 but it would also provide a whole bunch
of other capabilities.

I just grabbed a "capio one" from ebay a few days ago and have had loads
of fun playinxxxx er, testing it's engineering usefulness.
