Here is a copy of the brief announcement that was sent out yesterday
about GT's aid/help for Tulane students. It mainly refers to housing,
and a place to live until either they can go home or back to Tulane. I
haven't heard anything about participation in classes.

} Earlier this morning students from Tulane University arrived on the
} Georgia Tech campus. In an effort to assist our colleagues and
} friends in the New Orleans area, we are serving as a refuge for these
} students until they can connect with their families throughout the
} U.S. Some of these students will be with us for an extended period
} until it is safe for them to return to their home campus.
}
} Tech students are initiating a fund raising drive to help them out.
} You will hear more about this as plans firm up. Let's make these
} students feel welcome, and I urge you to keep them, their families,
