If you're looking for a good Enterprise class spam filter,
I license ("sell") mine and it works quite well. It has an
optional virus filter as well. If your mail server runs on
Linux it can be installed there.
Alternatively, it can be installed on a linux box in front of your
mail server (regardless of the mail server or its platform) to
filter out incoming and outgoing email.
