[ale] sudoers help

Spaces make no difference.
I need to do this using sudo and sudoers, for reasons beyond logical discussion, so I can't do it by group assignment.

Long shot, try putting a space between 'ALL' and '=' ??? 
 
Alternately, have you considered adding webmaster to the wwwrun group?
