Critical question here is which Slot / Socket type are the CPU's??

If they are older Slot 1 type (as suggested by the PIII and 500 Mhz speed), 
you may have to resort to used / surplus hunting. CPU sockets are one of the 
more frequently changing components on commodity PC motherboards.
