If you are using Firefox, you can scale the page, but the image comes out
really blurry, or change into landscape mode and you'll be able to print on
more real estate.

I really like Google maps until I go to select "print" with the link on
the screen. What prints is a subset of the map I see. I can't see a way
to get the visible map from my screen to print completely. It always
prints a zoomed-in view with less street name info.
