I can vouch for ServerBeach and eDeltaCom. I have clients on ServerBeach
and it's great. I have had clients on eDeltaCom and things were great
there as well.

eDeltaCom is different from ServerBeach. eDC is a CoLo space. You can
lease a machine from them and they maintain the hardware and you have
hands-on access to the console. Or you can provide your own hardware for
a rack or cabinet.

ServerBeach has no hand-on access, they provide all the hardware and
preload it with the OS of your choice (RedHat, Fedora, Debian, or M$)
and give you root password. They will provide a reboot service if you
need it.

SB is much less expensive than eDC. eDC provides much more service.

SB was started by a head honcho from RackSpace who figured out how to
provide a low cost hosting service AND make $$.
