I'd look into gnax.net (http://www.tranxactglobal.com/) for mainstream
hosting like you're talking about.  If you want hosting that f500
places use then something like edeltacom would be good.  Also you can
check out the "lower end" hosting at edeltacom at webrax.com.  
There's tons of other places to check out if these don't work out.
