[ale] changes to ftp.ale.org

Just noticed something...that ftp directory is...extensive...im loading it
now to my ftp site, but if someone has direct access to that machine, we
should probably zip it and ill pull the zipped file off the site. If that's
the way you want to go about it, just let me know. Also, if an admin could
get in touch with me directly, we can try and figure out and admin procedure
for my mirroring.

Lol, in that case, then I can also make available a couple low-bandwidth
lines that I have...finally, I can test out my florida upload! If one of
the guys that's directly involved could drop me a line and let me know what
all you guys want me to load or if I should just mirror your ftp, I will set
things up.

That is a perfect addition to a bittorrent stream.

If ftp.ale.org starts supporting bittorrent downloads and runs the
tracker, then secondary servers like the below simply aggregate into
the overall swarm bandwidth. When they are online others can get
file segments from the secondary servers. If they go offline, it
simply reduces the bandwidth of the swarm until the come back online.
