For me, the upgrade has been a bit of a tossup. For me the big win with 
FC4 has been "yumex", the gui front end for yum. Nice interface, and seems 
fairly stable in my usage. The plug-n-play capabilities are also 
improving with FC4. The downside of FC4 for me has been a feeling 
of less stability in an office/desktop type deployment.

YMMV of course.
