I like Bluefish as well; Screem also seems pretty decent, but I haven't
used it as much.  Of course, I usually work in Emacs, but if FrontPage
was originally a candidate, I don't guess I would offer that suggestion.

One other thing; if you think the FrontPage wizards (or most any wizard)
would produce something that would satisfy the average customer, don't
believe it.  I have rarely seen someone satisfied by what FrontPage
cranks out by default; usually the folks who quote such a job end up
spending more hours than they imagined, and end up losing out.
