I was just checking out some of the major computing associations. 
Neither USENIX or SAGE have such benefits.  Too bad, I will be 
suggesting they consider doing so.

ACM apparently does:

I'm looking into this myself, although I have health and life insurance 
through my retirement package.  I've found professional liability 
insurance to be quite expensive.
