[ale] apache wierdness

MUST be DMZ'ed. The only data that come through is the "failed login"
response from the initital login attempt with unpopulated login and
password fields. However, the author of the web app claims he can see
the app with no problems using the same login I am using. I can ssh in
directly. Nothing else is running on the system.
