[ale] Caller ID spoofing

[James P. Kinney III]

I just got a CID spoofed call from Computer Geeks. Not only are they a
competitor (well, sort of), but it was a pre-recorded message, no human
on the line, auto-dialed SPAM call.

Who do I call to complain and sue?
