[ale] [OT] VoIP recommendations

Using Packet8 over Charter.  Have only had problems when the wife is
on the phone while I have a VNC connection going and I update all the
tabs I have open in firefox through my proxy server.  In other words,
it's great as long as I don't flood the outbound connection.
