[ale] Printer driver for HP PSC 1350

http://www.gojimbo.com/images/pics/printer.png  I'd  bet the 1300
driver/ppd works fine with a 1350.  I have a psc 1100 and it works
fine with the 1110 driver/ppd.  HP's have always worked fine for me
with linux.  Your mileage may vary.
