So sorry. That should have read:

If someone chooses to develop in Mono, but run on .NET or develop in VS.NET
but run on Mono...then I would question their judgement. 

I know that philosophy sounds self defeating, given the goal of cross
platform compatability...but we do need to keep things realistic while this
is all in it's infancy.
