[ale] CUPS + efax + fax4CUPS as a fax server for Win32 clients

Anyone got this up and working?  I've got the individual parts up and 
working, but can't seem to figure a way to get the phone number to the 
modem.  I was using Hylafax + smbfax, but it's a nightmare trying to 
keep it up and going, and the smallest thing (like yum updates) seem to 
throw it for loops.
