[ale] Sort of OT: College Majors

Hear, hear! My experience is that success in the real world depends as 
much or more on communication skills, attitude, and self-discipline as 
on technical ability. The really valuable people have creative 
problem-solving skills, which develop from curiousity, breadth of 
knowledge, and the willingness to think independently.
