As a side-note to these suggestions, I would mention that this is part of the
idea for the .name TLD. I think most registrars who handle it will include
forwarding.

I don't use mine as a _public_ address, though. Rather, I give it out to my
friends & family, tell them, "That'll work, as long as I keep paying rent on my
own doggone name."
