I've been using www.omnis.com for several years now. They have $7.95 a 
year domain name registration and I pay $6.95 a month for 50 mb 
storage, 5gb data transfer, 10 email boxes, php 4 , perl 5, MySQL 
database and is hosted on a FreeeBSD server. They may not be the least 
expensive but the service has been great.
