[ale] dragging response times

Oh, I know that  :)
I use OpenOffice 1.1, Evolution 1.2.2, Mozilla 1.3  ( under the 1.3 it
says Mozilla 5.0-so I dont know which version I atually have)

I havent had this problem before, but in evolution any time I click on a
button to initiate an action I get this delay, and everytime I am typing
text I get this delay--Most maddening_
