[ale] C++ indent/beautifier

Hmmmmm I think that Visual Studio .NET can be configured to beautify C++
code in many ways (snicker snicker). I am sure the brackets thing is a snap.
No, really, on a serious note I do HTML layouts in Visual Studio 6 - and
just change the file extensions from htm to html. It's the best I have
found for laying out HTML and such. Kinda sad but true.
