[ale] OT: One time use Digital cameras

It is a Ritz Dakota PureDigital camera.  They can be purchased at 
Wolf Camera for $10.99.  I then added the USB B connector and painted
it.

The box says it will not connect to a PC.  It will if you solder a USB
connector to the proprietary connector.
